What a night Thursday will be at the IceHouse. Kayla Trenge, who has rocked our stage before in a few of her bands, now takes the spotlight with her hauntingly beautiful solo music. She even contributed a poem for our newsletter (read below). Living DIY luminary, Karl Blau comes to us from Anacortes, WA by way of his new outpost in Germantown, Philly. It’s not often we can say we have a KEXP artist join us, or a contributor on this classic Microphones album, but we’re excited for what weirdo folk rock Karl and co. will bring to us. Bucks county all-stars, Ms. Honey will be the sweet dessert of this three-course musical meal - with harmonies, leads, and songwriting that glows warm and comforting like your favorite sweater.
